Latest News on 7th January 2007
We have played some very good shows recently and as a band we have seen an improvment in our playing and the reception from the audiences, which make it all the more worthwhile from our point a veiw heres a run down on some of them.

In the first part of the month we have a great gig at The Royal Tavern, Blyth, sadly we did't get any photos but hope to get back up to this gig later on in the year.

Next up we did a charity show at The Ellison Social Club in Jarrow for Asthma UK which was organised by Jean McDonald (Colins Sister) to raise funds for the charity because of the tragic death of a local lad Shaun Underwood who was only 15, needless to say there was a great turnout to support this event and over £3500 was raised.
The Underdogs and singer Bernie Jackson (another sister of Colins) provided the entertainment for the night to approximatly 350 people (see photos in The Gallery section).

Back up to The Bute Arms in High Spen, Rowlands Gill on Saturday 9th December and what a great night we had. Last time we were there a local guy Neil Backhouse brought his son Tom (13) to see us play and it turned out Tom played the guitar,so at the end of the night we all had a bit of a chat and said next time we were there he should bring his guitar and play a song with us, so after so emailing back and fourth we got together for an hour to run through 'Smoke on The Water' prior to this gig.
As you can see from the video taken on the night (see The Gallery) Tom for all his young age and no previous experience stepped up to and passed the mark in front of a packed house and everybody enjoyed his playing, we hope we can do the same again later on in 2007.

From The Underdogs we would like to wish eveybody a Happy New Year - all the best.
