The Underdogs had a great write up in one of the recent editons of The Shields Gazette, the article highlighted our show and the tracks we recorded on our new promotional CD, so a big thank you to the writer Mick Canney from the Gazette.

As promised our competition to get a chance to win a good quality bottle of red and white wine delivered to your door in time for Christmas is to answer the following question - We have recently recorded 6 new tracks for our promotional CD, name any one of these new tracks (you will find the answer within this website) email your answer to us via the 'contact us' section, we will put the correct answers in a hat and pick out a winner at one of our gigs.

I would like to personally to thank a guy I met the last time we played at The Old Tannery, Hexham. I didn't get his surname but Richard from Hexham was a very interesting person with some great stories to tell, he had lived in London about 15 years ago and used to run a mini cab business there. Through his business he did a lot of work for film companies and over the years met lots of well known and famous people of the day - John Hurt, Ryan O'Neil with Farrah Fawcet Majors, Mark Knopfler, Richie Blackmore ect..ect.. the stories of their behaviour, some good and some bad were really great. Also Richard asked if I had heard of a Singer/Guitarist called Walter Trout I had heard the name but not his music, he said he would send me a copy of one of his CDs entitled 'No more fish jokes', sure enough about 2 weeks later the CD arrived and YES it was fantasitc, anybody who is interested should log on to Walter Trouts website its really worth a look at for any fan of Blues/Rock guitarists www.waltertrout.com.
I hope when were are up at The Tannery in December, Richard and his daughter will be there again.
Thanks
Clint Irving

Until Next Time.
