We have recently been in to record some of the tracks we play in our set, and as soon as they
are ready we will be updating the What we Play page with some
samples.

We went into BASE HQ recording studios in Newcastle the other night and recorded six live tracks
to use as a promotion CD, we had last been into the studio back in 2005 just after we started
gigging and we wanted to improve on our first efforts which were The Letter, Black Night &
Wishing Well.

The only overdubs are on the backing vocals, so overall its as we play them live every weekend,
this time round we did The Beatles - I Saw Her Standing There, Peter Framptons - Show Me The Way,
The Undertones - Teenage Kicks, Fleetwood Macs - Need Your Love So Bad, Deep Purples - Smoke On
The Water and finally The Kinks - You Really Got Me/All Day And All Of The Night.

The final results/mix we will have next week but from the first listen it sounds good to us, if
you would like a free copy please email your address and we will send you one or ask one of the
band at any of our gigs.

We would like to say thanks very much to everyone who keeps logging onto this site and having a
look at what we have been up to, considering that we have only been on the pub circuit for just
over a year we are getting between 400 and 500 hits a month, and usually at every gig we meet
people who show an interest in what we are playing etc. and who hopefully come to see us again,
once again thanks very much.
Finally we would like to thank Graham Price who got up with us last Saturday at The Commercial
- Winlaton to help us with Teenage Kicks and Alright Now, Graham and his girlfriend Julie have
been to see us over the past year several times and it transpires he used to sing in a band many
moons ago and fancied a bit of a go, we hope to see them both soon at The Bute Arms, High Spen
for another rendition.
Until next time.
