At last we are back on the road following our enforced lay off due to Willies fractured wrist,
off came his cast and we had our first rehearsal in over 6 weeks and other than a few minor
mistakes everything went fine. Because he's been off work for the last 5 weeks Willie complained because he's not been used to standing up for so long then Mark piped up with his arse was sore because he's hasn't been used to sitting down at his kit for so long and I said its funny but my shoulder's sore with the weight of my guitar - finally Colin said he'd better say he had a sore throat and come out in sympathy with the rest of us. So there we were complaining like a bunch of old women and all we were doing was playing our instruments - life's hard at the top. Anyway our next gig is at The Pelaw Inn, Gateshead hope you can pop along and see us. Until next time. The Underdogs. |
